Macro Meal Method

What is the Macro Meal Method?

Macro Meal Method brings balanced recipes, meal planning, shopping lists, and practical nutrition education together to help you build an everyday routine that fits your goals and household.

What do Macro Meal Method memberships cost?

These are the current public Macro Meal Method plans. The Integrative Bridge is a separate membership with additional medical education; its price and details appear below. Review the billing terms at checkout before enrolling.

What is included in Macro Meal Method?

The current Macro Meal Method plans include:

  • Seasonal recipes
  • Calories, macros, and serving sizes
  • Drag-and-drop meal planner
  • Automatic shopping-list creator
  • 16 ready-made seasonal meal plans
  • Guides & resources
  • Nutrition education & cooking videos
  • Nutrition masterclasses with Jenna Waters every other month

Dr. Huet’s medical masterclasses and the bonus transition masterclass are part of The Integrative Bridge membership.

Can I find recipe ingredients at a regular grocery store?

Yes!  We wouldn’t have it any other way.  99% of ingredients in the recipes can be found at a conventional grocery store (some protein powders may have to be purchased online, but we’ll tell you where to find them!)

To keep things super simple, we provide a Brands to Buy guide that will tell you exactly which brands we recommend for Macro Meals recipes.

Does the Macro Recipe Library include recipes in the hardcover?

The Macro Recipe Library includes all recipes from our hardcover books, as well as several extras not found in our books.

The hard-copy seasonal cookbooks are available for purchase separately in our shop, for those who prefer flipping through the pages (rather than scrolling) while cooking.

How are the recipes designed?

Macro Meal Method focuses on macro-balanced, family-friendly meals, with gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, and high-protein options. Recipes include calories, macros, serving-size information, and adjustable ingredient amounts. Check each recipe’s ingredients for your individual dietary needs.

The Integrative Bridge

A separate membership at $365 per year, including the Macro Meal Method toolkit and additional integrative medicine education.

What inspired The Integrative Bridge?

Over the past 15 years of integrative medical care, Dr. Rocio Huet and Jenna Waters, MS, RD, have seen the power of education and empowerment. Their 80/20 philosophy puts 80% of the emphasis on helping people gain the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices about their healthcare and wellness, with 20% focused on personalized clinical management.

The Integrative Bridge brings that educational foundation into an affordable, accessible program: trusted knowledge, practical tools, and support for your next chapter. Individual care pathways can then be pursued separately, based on each person’s needs. Individual appointments and clinical management are not included in this membership.

Does this package include individual appointments?

No. The Integrative Bridge membership does not include individual appointments with Jenna Waters or Dr. Huet. Individual appointments with Jenna Waters, MS, RD, can be booked separately through our Functional Nutrition Services page. We will keep members posted about the status of booking individual consultations with Dr. Huet and share confirmed availability and booking details as they develop.

What does the membership include?

Your membership includes all current Macro Meal Method resources: recipes with calorie, macro, and serving-size information; the meal planner; automatic shopping lists; 16 ready-made seasonal meal plans; guides and resources; the nutrition education library; cooking videos; and favorites. You also receive nutrition masterclasses every other month with Jenna Waters, MS, RD, six integrative medicine masterclasses with Dr. Huet featuring clinical pearls in 2027, and the January 2027 workshop, Your Next Chapter: Preparing for Your New Primary Care Physician.

Can my friends and family enroll?

Yes! Friends and family are welcome to enroll in The Integrative Bridge. We know many people have hoped to become a patient of Dr. Huet for years. This program offers a way to learn from her thorough knowledge, extensive clinical experience, and clinical pearls, alongside the practical tools and supportive resources included in The Integrative Bridge. Enrollment provides access to the education and membership resources; individual appointments are not included.

Who is The Integrative Bridge designed for?

The program is designed for people who want trusted nutrition and integrative medicine education, practical tools for everyday life, and support preparing for their next chapter in care. It is especially relevant if you are navigating a transition to a new primary-care physician and want to stay connected to familiar guidance. If you are unsure whether it fits your goals, contact us before joining.

When will the workshop and masterclasses take place?

Members will receive access to Your Next Chapter: Preparing for Your New Primary Care Physician in January 2027. Jenna’s nutrition masterclasses take place every other month, and Dr. Huet’s six integrative medicine masterclasses will take place throughout 2027. Confirmed dates and access details will be shared with members.

What does it cost, and how does renewal work?

The Integrative Bridge is $365 per year. Recurring memberships renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at enrollment. You can cancel future renewals from your account; access continues through your current paid term.

Are functional labs or personalized lab interpretation included?

No. Functional testing, individualized lab interpretation, and related clinical services are not included in the membership and are separately arranged. We understand that follow-up testing may be an important part of your root-cause care, and we will share confirmed updates about future access options as arrangements evolve.

Does this membership replace primary care or include prescriptions?

No. The Integrative Bridge provides education and practical nutrition resources. It does not include primary-care visits, prescriptions, medication management, or personalized medical treatment. Continue working with your primary-care physician and prescribing clinicians for your individual care. The workshop and masterclasses can help you prepare informed questions for those conversations.

How do I access the recipes, meal plans, and learning resources?

After enrollment, log in to your member account to explore the Macro Meal Method recipes, meal planner, shopping lists, guides, and education library. You can use the website on your computer, tablet, or phone. Workshop and masterclass access details will be shared with members as each session becomes available.

Who can help if I have a question before joining or need help accessing my membership?

For questions about the package, enrollment, billing, or access to your member resources, please contact us. We are happy to help you understand what is included and where to find the right support.
