Privacy Notice · Last updated: November 4, 2026
Who we are and what this notice covers
Waters Solutions LLC operates Macro Meal Method at macromealmethod.com. This notice describes personal information processed through our website, educational memberships, self-directed membership tools, and support communications.
Membership resources may include recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, cooking videos, nutrition education, and program-specific masterclasses. The Integrative Bridge is an educational membership. Dr. Rocio Huet participates in the Integrative Bridge’s educational offerings; her participation does not mean that she reviews members’ website entries or provides individual care through the membership.
Separately booked clinical services, clinical records, lab results, and individual consultations are governed by the relevant provider’s separate agreements and privacy notices. This notice does not turn the membership website into a clinical records system.
1. Information we collect
- Account and membership information: name, email address, username, account credentials, billing/contact address where requested, membership purchases, access status, subscription and transaction references, and registration age/terms acceptance records.
- Saved membership tools: meal plans and calendar dates, shopping lists, recipe and video favorites, and private recipe notes you choose to save.
- Optional Progress entries: recipes, dates, selected portions, and associated nutrition information recorded through the tracking tools. These entries are linked to your account.
- Support and privacy requests: your name, email address, subject, message, request status, confirmation/review records, and correspondence needed to handle the request.
- Email preferences and interactions: subscription choices and information used by the applicable email service to send messages and report delivery or engagement, where enabled.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps, authentication/session information, consent choices, and security or error logs generated when you use the website.
Diet and health-related information. Progress entries, recipe notes, meal choices, and information you voluntarily include in messages may reveal or allow inferences about your diet or health. Such information may be sensitive personal information under applicable law. Do not include lab results, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive details in recipe notes or ordinary support messages.
We receive information you provide directly, information created through your use of membership features, and relevant payment, delivery, consent, or security information returned by services supporting the website.
2. How membership information is used
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide purchased access, save and display the tools you use, process and administer purchases and subscriptions, send receipts and service notices, answer support/privacy requests, maintain consent and acceptance records, investigate errors or abuse, secure the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Marketing messages and optional technologies are subject to the choices and permissions applicable to them.
Self-directed tools, not individual-care monitoring. Jenna Waters and any other participating practitioner do not review members’ Progress entries or other website data to provide individualized medical or nutrition care. The tools do not create a clinician-patient relationship, provide clinical monitoring, or replace separately arranged care. Website administrators may have technical access needed for administration, support, security, or a verified privacy request; this is different from a practitioner reviewing entries to provide care.
Nutrition calculations and tracking displays are provided for your own informational use. This privacy notice does not authorize a new use of your entries for individualized clinical care.
3. Processing purposes and applicable legal grounds
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the activity: providing the account and membership services you request; complying with legal obligations; legitimate interests such as proportionate website security, fraud prevention, and support, subject to your rights; or consent where required for marketing, optional technologies, or other processing. You may withdraw consent by the applicable preference control or by contacting support. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed.
Diet or health-related information can require additional protection and, depending on the law and processing involved, a separate legal condition or consent. An 18+ confirmation or agreement to membership terms is not blanket consent to every use of sensitive information. Contact us with questions or requests to restrict or delete optional entries.
6. Adults only and account access
Accounts and memberships are available only to adults aged 18 or older who can enter into the membership agreement under applicable law. If the age of legal majority where you live is higher than 18, you must also meet that requirement. Individuals under 18 may not create accounts or enroll, including with parent or guardian approval.
Registration requires an age confirmation. This is an attestation, not independent identity or age verification. If you believe a minor has provided personal information or opened an account, use our contact and support form so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Membership accounts use website credentials. The website does not currently offer Facebook or other social-media account registration/login as described in the previous version of this notice. Password-reset messages are sent to the account email through our transactional email service.
7. International use and processing locations
Waters Solutions LLC is based in Tennessee, United States, and adults outside the United States may enroll. Using the website may involve processing in the United States and in countries where relevant service providers operate. This does not mean all website data is stored in one country or that each provider uses the same locations.
We are verifying account-specific hosting, backup, support-access, and other provider processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements. We have not completed that verification and do not claim otherwise in this notice. Contact us through the support form for current information relevant to your request. Further provider-specific disclosures will be updated after verification; this statement does not substitute for any safeguards required by applicable law.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
Waters Solutions LLC operates Macro Meal Method at macromealmethod.com. You can request a copy of your personal information or request deletion through the privacy controls at https://macromealmethod.com/account/. You can also use our contact and support form for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objections, or other applicable privacy rights, including if you cannot sign in. We verify identity, normally through a confirmation sent to your account email, and review each request under applicable law. We will explain any information we must retain and any applicable review or appeal process. A privacy request does not automatically cancel a subscription or issue a refund. Manage renewals through Account → Subscriptions or contact support.
While you have active membership access, we retain information you choose to save in the membership tools to provide those features. The periods below begin when membership access ends, rather than when you turn off automatic renewal. Another active purchase, lifetime access, or entitlement may mean your account remains active.
- Progress entries: normally scheduled for deletion from the active website 90 days after membership access ends.
- Saved meal plans, shopping lists, recipe and video favorites, and private recipe notes: normally scheduled for deletion from the active website 12 months after membership access ends.
- Inactive account profiles: reviewed for closure, deletion, or minimization after 12 months without membership access. Profile closure is reviewed separately from billing and other records that may need to be retained.
- Support requests: resolved requests are normally deleted 180 days after resolution. Open requests are retained while being handled, subject to review of whether their continued retention remains necessary.
Before scheduled deletion of Progress or saved-tool data, we send advance notice with the affected data category, planned deletion date, and ways to request a copy or assistance. We allow at least 30 days after that notice before deletion. Existing information already beyond its proposed period also receives this notice opportunity during the initial rollout. Processing in batches, notice delivery problems, an open privacy request, a dispute, a legal hold, or another necessary review can defer scheduled cleanup. Verified rights requests may require earlier action under applicable law.
Rejoining before deletion pauses scheduled cleanup while your access is active. Deleted data may not be recoverable if you return later. These membership convenience periods do not determine retention of separately maintained clinical records.
We retain billing, tax, transaction, acceptance, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute records separately only for the purposes and periods justified by applicable requirements. Retaining those records does not require us to keep every Progress entry or meal plan. We periodically review these records and minimize them when they are no longer necessary. A verified request may also require us to coordinate action with relevant service providers.
Deletion from the active website does not immediately remove information from previously delivered email, a service provider's independently required records, or hosting backups. We review those copies under their applicable schedules and restrict their use where appropriate. If a backup is restored, outstanding privacy requests and completed deletions must be reviewed and reapplied before the restored information returns to ordinary use.

9. Privacy requests and your choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain portable data, or appeal a decision. These rights can have lawful limitations. We will explain relevant exceptions rather than treating a cancelled membership as a reason to ignore a privacy request.
Use the privacy controls on your Account page to request a data copy or deletion. Use our contact and support form for corrections, other rights, an appeal, an authorized-agent request, or help if you cannot sign in. Identify the request and your account email; do not send your password, full card details, or unnecessary health records.
We normally verify account requests by email and may request proportionate additional information where necessary. Verification starts review; it does not itself erase data. Deletion requests are reviewed for billing, legal retention, holds, and provider follow-up. A completed website erasure job does not necessarily mean every provider record or backup copy has been erased. We respond within applicable time limits and explain a permitted extension or denial where relevant.
A privacy request does not cancel automatic renewal or request a refund. Manage renewal through Account → Subscriptions or contact support. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid term; purchase/refund terms are separate from this notice.
Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails to change marketing preferences. Essential service messages, such as receipts, security notices, and privacy-request communications, are separate from optional marketing subscriptions.
10. Security and administrative access
We use access restrictions and technical and organizational measures intended to protect website information. The retained support inbox and privacy administration tools are restricted to website administrators. Administrative access and third-party services still require ongoing review, maintenance, and proportionate handling of sensitive information.
No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your login credentials and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. This policy does not certify the website or all linked services as HIPAA compliant or establish a clinical records relationship.
11. Regional rights and complaints
Privacy rights depend on the laws applicable to you and to our processing. Where applicable, this includes rights concerning sale/sharing, targeted advertising, sensitive information, authorized agents, nondiscrimination, and review or appeal of a privacy decision. The available website consent controls and contact/support route can be used to communicate these requests. We will explain our response and any applicable exceptions when reviewing your request.
You may also be entitled to complain to the relevant regulator. EEA residents can find their authority through the European Data Protection Board; UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office; and Swiss residents can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Other residents may contact their applicable privacy regulator or state authority.
12. Updates to this notice
We update this notice when practices or relevant requirements change. The revision date identifies the version. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, including notice before newly scheduled deletion under the retention rollout. A policy revision does not itself obtain consent for a new use where separate consent is required.
