This Cookie Policy explains how Waters Solutions LLC, doing business as Macro Meal Method, uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies at macromealmethod.com. It applies to public pages, membership checkout, and signed-in member pages. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
Your cookie choices
Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to review or change your choices. You can decline optional categories, allow all categories, or choose categories individually and select Save and Finish. Necessary services support security, sign-in, consent choices, and requested payments. Declining optional services does not cancel your membership or unsubscribe you from email.
Your choices are saved in this browser on this device. They do not automatically apply to other devices, browsers, or private-browsing sessions. Termly’s preference center states that consent choices are retained for a maximum of 12 months. Clearing browser data may require you to choose again.
Services used on this website
| Category | Service and purpose | Where it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | WordPress and MemberPress support account sign-in, authenticated sessions, membership access, and requested account actions. Security tools help protect the site from abuse. | Account, checkout, and signed-in areas. These services are not optional marketing analytics. |
| Necessary | Termly stores consent choices and caches consent configuration to display and apply your preferences. | Public, checkout, and member pages. |
| Necessary for checkout | Stripe provides payment fields, payment processing, and fraud-prevention functions. Its checkout components can load even if optional categories are declined. | Membership checkout. See Stripe’s Cookie Policy. |
| Security | Google reCAPTCHA helps protect support forms from automated abuse. Google documents its risk-analysis cookie, _GRECAPTCHA. | Pages that use protected forms. See Google’s reCAPTCHA cookie information. |
| Optional analytics and customization | Kit (formerly ConvertKit) provides the newsletter signup embed and may use identifiers for subscriber attribution and activity analytics. The bundled embed is controlled by Analytics consent. | Pages containing the newsletter embed. It is not required to use membership tools. Email subscription choices are separate from website cookie choices. |
| Optional performance and functionality | YouTube provides embedded educational and cooking videos. Enabling an embed contacts YouTube, which may collect activity information and use its own storage or advertising technologies. | Sales and education pages with embedded videos. A blocked-player prompt offers preferences or a one-page enable action. See Google’s Privacy Policy. |
| Static asset delivery | Cloudflare’s cdnjs service delivers Font Awesome icon styles and fonts used by the interface. Asset requests send normal connection information to that provider. | Public and member pages using those icons. This is distinct from loading an optional newsletter or video embed. |
| Optional performance and functionality | Gravatar can supply account-avatar images, including images in signed-in views. Requests may contain an avatar identifier derived from the account email. Frontend Gravatar images are held until Performance and Functionality consent is allowed. | Signed-in views where remote avatars are used. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy. |
| Requested interface preferences | First-party browser storage remembers interface choices such as whether the member menu is collapsed and the grocery-list weight/volume selection. | Member tools. These browser preferences are distinct from the saved plans, favorites, notes, and Progress records stored in your account. |
The security cookies used by an optional provider do not make that provider’s entire embed necessary. For example, Kit’s own bot-protection cookies can be associated with its service while the newsletter embed remains subject to your optional consent.
Storage identified by the latest scan
Termly’s November 4, 2026 automated scan covered 16 public pages and reported six records. Automated scans do not fully reproduce signed-in member activity or every checkout and video interaction. The following distinguishes those scan results from the service review above.
| Name and location | Purpose and classification | Duration or review status |
|---|---|---|
__cf_bm.kit.com and .convertkit.com | Cloudflare bot protection for the associated provider. Security purpose; loading the optional Kit embed remains consent-controlled. | Cloudflare documents expiry after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. |
TERMLY_API_CACHEmacromealmethod.com local storage | Consent configuration cache; necessary. | Termly scan reports 1 year. |
TERMLY_COOKIE_CONSENTBrowser local storage | Consent choices; necessary. Disclosed in the live preference center in addition to the scan records. | Maximum 12 months, as stated in the preference center. |
ckidmacromealmethod.com local storage | Kit visitor/subscriber attribution; optional Analytics. | Persistent, as reported by Termly; it may remain until browser storage is cleared. |
csrf_tokenmacromealmethod.com | Termly reports a security/CSRF token. Its source has not yet been independently confirmed; the scanner’s provider label is not treated as verification. | Termly reports 29 days. Source and expiry remain under review. |
wpEmojiSettingsSupportsSession storage | Earlier WordPress emoji-support cache; optional functionality. The frontend emoji-detection script was disabled on November 4, 2026; browsers use their native emoji rendering. | The scan reports session storage from before that change. An existing browser session may retain an earlier entry. |
Cookie names, lifetimes, and storage may vary with the page, login state, browser, and provider. The scan table is not an assurance that only these identifiers can ever be used. We update this policy as the inventory is verified and services change.
What happens when you change your choice?
Optional Kit scripts, YouTube embeds, and frontend Gravatar images are held back when their categories are declined. Allowing the relevant category enables that content. After changing a choice, reload open pages so previously loaded optional content is replaced under the new settings.
Withdrawing consent controls future optional loading; it does not automatically erase information already sent to a provider or remove every cookie already stored. Your browser’s privacy controls let you review or delete stored cookies and site data. Deleting necessary cookies can sign you out or reset preferences. For personal-data requests, use our contact and support form.
Links, affiliate services, and email
Links to shopping, affiliate, booking, and other external websites can take you to services with their own cookies and privacy choices. Our website choices do not carry over to those sites. Kit marketing messages and SMTP2GO transactional messages are separate email services; website cookie preferences do not control email opens, link tracking, or subscription status. See our Privacy Policy and the unsubscribe option in marketing messages.
Policy updates and contact
We review the inventory when services or integrations change. This notice describes the verified service behavior and identifies remaining scan-verification limits; it does not certify that every browser, location, or future integration has been tested.
